Recent Projects: 20 x 16 Family Photo Canvas

The wonderful thing about these canvases is that anyone can make a professional looking family picture, without the expensive costs of a printing or photography studio. Our family decided to get our pictures done through Gooseberry Photography, a company owned by two moms (Karissa & Tara) in Saskatoon, SK. They took such great photos of our family. The best thing was that we were able to receive them digitally so we could develop them anyway we wanted.
These canvases are great for wedding photos, arrangement similar to the project above.

Recent Projects: 7x 5 Baby Girl Storybook

I had done a very similar baby book with my first daughter. I really wanted to keep things the same for both of my daughters so I decided to use the very same template. This is such a great memory book, outlining the first year of baby's life. I know for myself that the first year can be a bit of a blur, with all the sleep deprivation and breastfeeding. I enjoyed developing this book to remind myself of the precious times and memories we had with our daughter. Time goes by so fast and it is so wonderful to have a well-made photo album to cherish it.
The great thing about Heritage Makers is that they have many ready-made templates to choose from, if individuals feel they do not have the time (or the creativity) to develop a project on their own. Since I was short on time to get my projects completed by Christmas time, I find that using templates help me get the job done on time. In addition, there are so many creative ideas that other people share on Heritage Makers that anyone can use.
Anyways, I really loved making this project. I did have a few tears going over the pictures because I remember how precious my time was with my daughter. Our relatives who received this Christmas gift were also so grateful to have our baby girl album.
